ICSEM 2011
The ICSEM 2011 was held in Guiyang, Guizhou successfully from 22-23 October, 2011. This year, ICSEM 2011 has received an overwhelming response of 500 papers submitted to the Program Committee, from 6 countries and regions. All the submitted papers have been peer reviewed by at least 2 reviewers drawn from the chairs of committees depending on the subject matter of the paper. Reviewing and initial selection were undertaken electronically. A joint committee meeting was held to resolve the final paper selection and a draft program for the conference. After the rigorous reviewing process, about 180 papers were accepted for presentation and included in the proceedings. The proceedings of ICSEM 2011 were published by IEEE(IEEE Catalog Number: CFP1129L-PRT, ISBN: 978-1-4577-0245-7).
