Paper Submission

All papers submitted to this conference will be double-blind peer reviewed by at least 2 members of the International Program Committee (IPC) and related technical committees. Acceptance will be based primarily on originality, significance, technical soundness, presentation, and references. The conference chair makes the final decision on the acceptance or rejection of the paper. Please use the LaTeX style file or Microsoft Word template to prepare your final version, including figures, tables and references. A standard paper should not exceed 4 pages (extra pages <=2).
